The former co-founder of Jada toys, who allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with five female employees, has been accused of sexual misconduct by four women.
The former cofounder of a California-based toy company has been charged with sexual misconduct.
The charges, which are pending, include sexual battery on a child, attempted rape and two counts of sexual battery against five women, according to a press release from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
A spokesperson for the DA’s office said that the office received a tip last month about a sexual assault against the former co founder.
The co-founders of JADA Toys, including the founder, were fired by the company after the initial allegations were made, the press release said.
In addition to the five women who filed the charges, five other women who have not yet come forward also filed charges, according the press report.
The Los Angeles District Attorney will review the allegations and decide if charges are warranted, the statement said.
